What is the best way to schedule a photo shoot?
You can schedule 24 hours a day, anytime, from anyplace, with our schedule online. Our online schedule tool has all of our package options and available add-ons. It is is real-time and allows you to easily schedule while at your listing appointment or when you have the homeowner on the phone. After you schedule you will receive an email confirmation as well as a “Home Preparation" link that you can use or give to your client. The same link can be found here. You are always free to give us a call or a text to answer any questions but we do not hold a time slot until it has been booked online. Please be aware, no time slots will be held until it is booked through the site. It is a first come, first served basis.
How long does it take to get images, floor plan, video or 3D Tours?
We can guarantee next business day delivery on all photography products and 3D tours. The majority of the time we are able to get photos delivered to you by mid-morning but sometimes it may be to the end of the day. Floorplans will be delivered within 36 hours of job completion but ofen this is shorter. Video products typically have a 48 hours turn around time (assuming there is no delay in getting our team the information needed to produce the videos)
Do you offer virtual tours?
Yes. We offer both Matterport virtual tours and Zillow 3D tours. These immersive experiences allow buyers to explore the property remotely and increase engagement with your listing.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather plays a major role in exterior and aerial photography. If conditions are not ideal, we may recommend rescheduling to ensure the best possible results at no additional cost.
How do I receive my media?
When everything is completed you will receive an email and a text with a link to your invoice and media download page. If your package includes the social media marketing kit or you have purchased afterwards you will receive a link for that as well. In some situations you will be emailed as soon some products have been completed so that you have early access to at least some of the media you have ordered. We will upload additional media as it is completed.
What is twilight photography and is it worth it?
Twilight photography captures your listing during sunset or early evening, creating a warm, inviting, and high-end look. It’s especially effective for luxury homes, waterfront properties, and listings where ambiance matters.
